I trust Stevenson plumbing for one simple reason, honesty. as in car repair, plumbing and heating - I know nothing about, I always feel like I've been ripped off every time I pay the bill...what did they charge me for that wasn't needed?, how much more did I pay than I should have?....Not with this company, the repair technician after several attempts to repair out old system he said he did not want me to to put more money into our old system, which he could have and I would never know the difference, , he said it would be better to look at a new system, all the while not hard selling me on them doing the work...he said shop around and please let us bid too. I am a Customer for life. When I am treated with respect and not gouged, in this day and age, that is a company I'm going to stay with. I could have easily put another $1000 into the old system, if they told me to, and then still had to buy a new one when it failed again a short time later. All of the employees from the person answering the phone to the at least 4 technicians I have met, are all very professional, yet very friendly and approachable, unlike some other Service techs I've dealt with who obliviously don't like people or their job...... I highly recommend Stevenson Plumbing.
