The technician had me sign a contract to run diagnostics on the system, find the leak and fix it for $2,040. At the end of the day he couldn't fix the problem. He just recharged the system and put some kind of sealant in the system and charged me $2,049 and change. All of this with the knowledge that they had done exactly the same thing 11 months earlier without success. I didn't want to have to pay about $1,200 every summer to have the system chsrged with refrigerant. That's why I agreed to a much costlier permanent fix. I think that they shouldn't charge the cost of fixing when they failed at it. I am very disappointed. I would not recommend this company.
