I felt the costs were a little pricey (why I gave 4 stars instead of 5) but I had experience with plumbers on the cheaper end where the work was sub par to unsatisfactory. John Stevenson was very responsive to my issues and completed the work in a timely, and again professional, fashion. I would definitely use them again for my plumbing needs, as I am one who expects the work to be done right the first time.
