Friday my wife called your company for a simple shower faucet repair. Your repairman plumber came to the house and supposedly fixed the problem. He then proceeded to tell my wife that we needed about $6,000 and other things, the biggest being the suggestion of a tankless hot water heater. My wife declined. He also said that there was another repaired needed due to low water pressure. For the last 19 years we have had perfect water pressure, so my wife declined that on the spot repair. She tested the water and the pressure seems to be fine. He left, and when she went to take a shower last night, she did not have enough water to take a shower. So now we are out of water pressure. I do not know what your salesman, repairment did, but I am out of town and my wife is home alone with no water pressure. I would appreciate it if you would call her and set an appointment to have another plumber come out and fix the problem.
