I have been going to Bret's Independent for a couple of years, and every time I have called the timeliness is very good. He usually gets me right in, and he is very upfront about what the issue might be. His quality is always better than I expected.

I had an extraordinary experience with him a couple of weeks ago. My car was acting up again, it was something he fixed about a year and a half ago, and also my middle consul had gone out. I called the Acura dealership, but they never called me back. Bret found and fixed the other issue right away, and even though he would get no money from it, he is the one who pursued Acura to fix my consul at no charge to me. He goes above and beyond for his clients, and he is an honest guy.
