The owner and chief technician came out and patiently explained the new heat pumps they replaced my old system with. The thermostat controls are high tech and absolutely wonderful. He explained it all in detail and answered all my questions completely. The TRANE System is great and they’ve made sure we are comfortable operating and adjusting it.
