Both plumber and heating professionals were professional in their approaches and the information dealing with the cost of the services rendered. I am curious as to why I have not received any information on my e-mail or by phone from Trey, as to the costs of the port that he indicated we needed upgraded on the hot water tank? I did speak with the main guy at Pat's Plumbing yesterday, by phone, and he was going to forward my question to Trey. A simple contact by e-mail would be sufficient. Thanks.
