My toilet in the guest bathroom had an issue where the return water float would stick which prevented the water in the tank from refilling sometimes. I called Pats mainly because the previous owner of our home used them at some point as evidenced by one of their magnets on the furnace. So I called and the technician came out on time and was very polite. He recommended a rebuild from the shut off vale to inside the tank at a cost of right at $300!! He completed the work in less than 30 minutes!! Maybe I'm not in tune with current plummer prising but I will definitely be shopping around and price checking in the future!!
