Rather than go through each question, I would just like to say you have the most professional, courteous service people I have ever met.    Deeply appreciate the cleanup after the work is done.   I would give your company a ten overall from the person who answers the phone (Barb) to the gentlemen who do the work. 
 
One thing you can do is let the customer know what they are paying for the garbage disposal itself before they sign. 
 
Yes, I would highly recommend your company and I would also let them know that you may be pricey.
