Texas Air Authorities, Inc. has come out twice to help us with a rodent problem in the ductwork. Somehow some sort of rodent managed to bust through the outside brick and get into the ductwork. When we came back from vacation the smell was not pleasant, to say the least. Texas Air Authorities, Inc. was very responsive and came out right away. They installed a GPS (Global Plasma Solutions) device to remove the odors, and then later they came back and replaced the ductwork. They were professional, and they did a great job for us. I really appreciate how quickly they responded.
