I cannot say enough good things about the people from Texas Air Authorities, Inc. The air conditioning system we bought was for my mother. She had her heart set on a Lennox system. The Lennox folks gave us the name of Texas Air Authorities. I interviewed countless other companies who all wanted to oversell their products or seemed to have gimmicks, and it was really confusing to sort it all out. David from Texas Air Authorities, Inc. was the one who thoroughly educated me about HVAC systems. He entertained our idea for a Lennox but also said there are other systems out there. I was skeptical at first, but David put me right at ease on the purchasing side. He was very straightforward without any gimmicks. The installers he sent were quite professional. I have experience working at an architectural firm that designs cleanrooms for computers and medical facilities. The installation done by Texas Air Authorities, Inc. looks just as neat and tidy as any of them did. Again, I can't say enough good things about this company and on top of everything else, their price was fair. I paid a good price and wasn't overcharged. My mother got excellent equipment and we've never had a moment's problem with it. My eighty-nine-year-old mother needed an easy thermostat to use and Texas Air Authorities, Inc. installed one for her that she can handle. They take excellent care of her system for her. I highly recommend Texas Air Authorities, Inc. It's a no-brainer!
