Texas Air Authorities, Inc. did an exceptional job for me! This was my first time using them. I found them searching on Google. When the technician came out to do the estimate he was friendly and did not try to pull any punches. He was honest, did not try to upsell anything and gave a reasonable price for a good unit, so I went with them. They were able to schedule the installation quickly. The technicians were prompt, polite and professional. It was really cold that day and since there was no heat yet as they were installing the central air & heat I kept a fire going for them so they could warm up. They seemed to really appreciate that. Not only was it the central air and heat but they had to do all new duct work. The scope of the project was rather large but they were quick, efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. I have a background in HVAC and I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get this done! They were all knowledgeable and very courteous. They were very pleasant and that goes a long way with customers. I absolutely give Texas Air Authorities, Inc. a solid thumbs up and would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services!
