I have been using Boykin Air Conditioning Services for a good number of years. I have an add-on room, and they came out and installed a new ductless heating and air conditioning unit for me. They explained to me how the ductless system works, and after they left, I read the manual. I still did not quite understand it, so they sent someone back out here to help me with it. They were very professional and patient with me.

When we had the thousand year flood, I called them and they came out right away and checked the outside unit for me. I didn't want to turn it on until I was sure it was okay, and they said it was fine. They are prompt, efficient, and they do top notch work. I am very pleased with their service, and I will continue to use them.
