Boykin Air Conditioning Services came out again and did the annual inspection on our AC unit and everything was fine. I like that they keep up on the routine maintenance evaluations and are proactive when it comes to the care of the units. This is a great company and they are always on time for the service calls. They communicate very well and even offer an after hours calling service for us to use. I like that because we speak to a person as opposed to just leaving a message and crossing fingers. They are customer driven, courteous, and we have never had any issues with them at all. I particularly appreciate that they are a local, home town company and have a history with the homes around here. We see them around the neighborhood quite often and it feels good to know we picked the right company. I'm very satisfied with everything they offer and am happy to be their customer. I often recommend them to others and will continue to do so.
