They used to be good, but not anymore.

If I was doing this rating a year ago, I would say Potter's Plumbing is fabulous. They used to be the best. But something happened to the management of the company. I had them come out to fix something and they had to return five more times, each time sending someone different. None of them seemed to know what they were doing and may have even lied about what they did. I called and talked to them a billion times and at some point, the person said they'd have to send out a licensed plumber to take a look. It was the biggest fiasco ever. I'll never use them again.

Penny I'm sorry about your bad experience. First I've been the majority owners since we opened there is no new management. Did I have seasoned guys working with a dispatcher that had done it for years and a smoothie operation? Yes. We had our dispatcher of five years die of Covid and now I'm answering phones as it's next to impossible to find good help. I know one time we were out and no one saw us there. We did get the problem fixed and never lied about anything. For all the visits we only charged you once. I'm sorry it was a fiasco. We're still ironing out systems with a whole new crew of people.
