Their workers were very timely, and showed up exactly when they were supposed to, and they were also very professional in their service ability.

I think that Potter's Plumbing went above and beyond on their service, because during the job, there was an issue that developed with the city. And sometimes these kind of problems can turn into real headaches. However, Potter's Plumbing took care of it all for me, and because of the professional manner in which they interacted with the city officials, and the way in which they addressed those issues, I came out of the whole thing all right.
