I would say that I had a five-star experience with Potter's Plumbing. In fact, I have already recommended the company to other people. Most recently, one of the employees came over to thaw out some pipes in my home because they were frozen. The worker was able to come out as promised and he fixed the issue. I would describe him as very polite.

I have been with the company for at least one year at this point and I have used them for other plumbing services. I would use the company again for another service. I think that they are very conscientious and they treat me right, so I don't think there's anything that the company could improve on.
