My water heater went out and I contacted Potter's Plumbing to replace and install a new one. The service technician had a little difficulty with his service vehicle breaking down on his way to my appointment. He did find a replacement van and was able to get out to me but he was missing a few tools that he needed for this job. I think maybe being a little more prepared for these types of emergencies and having a spare van equipped would have been a real time saver for him and myself. Once he arrived he did a great job of installing the new water heater. I think the quality of work and the water heater itself were excellent for what I paid for them. I went so far as to look up the water heater online just to check and I feel I got a good quality water heater for the price. They did take care of everything with respect to the installation and there was no mess to clean up or old water heater to haul away. Good job!
