had a water line break in the wall when we were having our washer replaced.. didn't know who to call did some looking around on the internet wife came across potters and said reviews look good so I looked at it also and liked what I saw.. only saw a few that were on call 24 hrs. we made decision to go with potters because this was a Friday night and we couldn't wait till Monday.. made phone call and then they dispatched the info and within 5 to 10 min we had a call and he asked the questions of whats going on and told me the cost for after hrs and so I said yes come on out we cant wait till Monday he got here showed him where and told him that we have a crawl space so he looked in there first to see if he can get to it that way but couldn't.. he said thay he is going to have to put a hole in the wall to get to pipes and asked for my permission first and I said yes he accessed the problem went to lowes got the parts need to fix the pipe... he was here for about an hour.. he got busy and was fast very impressed
