I think they did an excellent job! There was a big wind storm in my new home that caused the pilot light in my water heater to go out. This was on a Saturday, and I was at work, so I called Potter's and had the technician do the repair while I was out. I gave the technician the door code, and he called to inform me that he had arrived and was inside. He had the pilot light back on within fifteen minutes, and he gave me a call back to let me know he was finished. I really appreciate how respectful this technician was of me and my home. He made sure not to leave a mess behind, and he also gave me some helpful information about how to get the pilot light running if it went out again. This technician was very polite and courteous, and I'm happy to use Potter's again in the future!
