At 9p on a Saturday night I find water leaking from a pipe in my basement. By 10p Dustin was here, turned the water off, and confirmed he would be back by 9a after he was able to get the needed parts from a local home improvement/hardware store. As promised Dustin was here Sunday morning and had everything fixed within a couple of hours. He also took the time to discuss with our home warranty company to make sure they had the information they needed as well.
