Our Chrysler had always been serviced by the dealer but recently, we had a AAA coupon for a free 40 point checkup. I made an appointment and was told that I needed shocks and struts. It was no surprise because for over a year, the dealer had advised the same needed repairs as well as another costly item. Action Auto provided two surprises: 1. The final cost of shocks and struts was close to half of what the dealer had quoted! 2. The other costly item quoted as needed by the dealer was not needed at all!! I was very pleased with the service, the way I was treated, and the fact that their shuttle service drove me home and picked me up to return to pick up my car even though I don't live in Cypress. Needless to say, I am a happy, satisfied customer who has no intention of visiting the dealer again!
