I've known Nat for probably 35 years, so I always take my cars to Action Auto when I need them done. I like the gentlemen and the customer service there because they are friendly and helpful---and they get you in and out as quickly as possible. I think the prices are reasonable, and I also like that they work with your limitations.

Nat has an employee call us the next day after the car servicing, just to see how the service was. Even if the service was just an oil change or a tire change, they always call to make sure I'm happy. And I like that because it makes the service more personal and makes you feel like they care. I was there earlier this week and had my oil changed. The service took a little longer than usual, but they told me why: They were waiting on an oil filter, and I liked that they told me because nobody likes to wait--especially if you don't know what you are waiting for.
