Technician called to inform me he was on his way and showed up within the time slot requested. He was polite, professional, friendly, and well experienced. I am a handyman (couple of flips as wells) and he walked me through his inspection and recommendations. Had a few minor issues and was able to remedy them while onsite for a descent price...and definitely quicker than I would have completed them. Overall quite satisfied. - Thanks
