When we found we had a leak on our side of the water meter in our front yard, I called for a plumber. Benjamin Franklin was recommended by 2 co-workers. They were able to come out the next day on an on call basis. Our technician, Danny, was wonderful. He gave me an hour notice, so I only missed a couple hours of work, rather than the whole day. He gave me options and when we opted to replace to the house, he was able to schedule me in 2 days. He kept me informed of what they were doing throughout and even dug the shrubs out with the roots intact. That was greatly appreciated! Putting grass seed and straw was an added plus. He even stopped by the next week to increase our water pressure. Kudos. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin for any plumbing needs!
