My HVAC unit was holding water was several days unbeknownst to me because it resides in through attic. Because of this my ceiling below the unit form a small leak and this led me to call one hour heating and air after normal duty hours. They had no problem getting a technician (Francisco) over who did a great job and didn't leave my home until around 1130 that night. I am really satisfied with them and have been for several years.
