This is our second time needing heat/air service. After having called One hour in January for heat and being more then completely satisfied with Alex and his quick response...we knew there was no question when the AC stopped working. Right on schedule One Hour was here! Already knowing it was a 29 year old system, we figured it was hopeless. It was. Our great service tech asked if we wanted to speak to someone about a new system...3 short hours later in come Matt...and keeping with the "our customers come first" motto we've seen...we were not disappointed! No high pressure pitches to go top line, top model, bells and whistles etc...he sat with us for nearly 2 hours going over our needs, their options, answered all our questions, explained everything clearly and easily. Decision made...asked when it could possibly happen..."is tomorrow morning at 9 am good?" Promptly at 9 am Jason was at my door! Told me 3 hours with no unforeseen issues we'd be up and running...wellll exactly 3 hours later, as promised...we were all set with our new system! If you are in need of heat, air, plumbing, electrical...DO NOT HESITATE!! I can't tell you enough how pleased we are with every single person we have spoken too, worked with at One Hour Heat and Air! We are TRULY just completely satisfied customers.
