5 star on my last visit but the 3 stars are for total service. This visit tech immediately figured out the issue and told me the reason why which was directly contrary to what the previous tech said. The previous tech said that their was no way the dripping urinal could be the issue and that everything else was fine. This last visit a different tech said that everything was fine and that the urinal was the main issue causing our $300-$500 water bills. Had the first tech properly diagnosed the issue, we wouldn't have a couple of months of high water bills and another $69 dollar service visit which I feel is wrong due to misdiagnosis. Disappointed.
