The guys were great about giving us progress report at a)l times. What they were going to do when and how. What time they would be leaving and what time they would return the next day. Everything time wise went as planned. We did end up with a very long silver rectangular box going up vertically from the new unit to almost the top of our house. It is a little obtrusive looking. We are hoping for some changes there.
As far as cooling the thermostat is set at 72° and the house is being cooled perfectly!!!
