Well I should have submitted this a long time ago but I was trying to see if they were of their word. Well the whole install was good except that the wiring from my main electric box to the package unit was run in front of the conduit and I could not install my drywall back because it syuck out too much. One of the new registers they installed was bad and they did not have a replacement with them on Friday and would be bringing one to me that monday to replace it and thank never happened. Now during the whole install process everyone was professional, kind and curtious they even provided 2 window air conditioers (this was in a Hot August) to use until my new unit and ductwork was. installed. Not once did anyone follow up to see how evereything was working. I got the service club free for the next year and was told they would call me to set up my Spring and Fall tune ups. I spent 10,000+ dollars for this system and they never even bothered to do a followup on how the system was working. During the install they were all asking how it was going and even one of the Bog Bosses came to check in person and introduced himself and ask how his crew was doing and they were doing good at that time. My problem with them is that once I signed all the paperwork and they got 10,000+ that they were no longer required to anything. I would thought that they would periodically call and make sure I was satisfied for at least the 1st year or two. The only calls I got was Robot Reminders that it was time for my tune up. I guess maybe since I do not live in a Mansion they just take the money and thats the end of it. When I renewed my service protection plan I schedule the Spring tune-up but necer got a call that my fall tune-up was due. I have bought several new vehicle from Jenkins and Wynne Ford and I still get a Christmas card and followup calls. I mean spending 10,000 dollars and then left by the road not good business!
