I've already recommended One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and Ben Franklin Plumbing to other people so that says something. I think very highly of this group. Their reputation stands very tall for me. They are all very nice and cordial and always courteous. They are also knowledgeable. I get what I pay for. I bought this house four years ago and the maintenance done by the former contractors was subpar. I was dissatisfied with their work and their disrespectful attitude. So all the work I've done on this house has gone to Ben Franklin and One Hour. I've hired them to install a new hot water heater, redo some bad plumbing on the commode, tear out and redo air conditioning ductwork, install a new air conditioning unit, and so on. They come out every year to check my faucets and close valves as part of the annual contract. They are always very clean and are careful to wear socks over their shoes when walking through the house. In addition to all that, One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and Ben Franklin Plumbing technicians are extremely skilled in their trade. I continue to have projects in this old house that I will call them back for!
