The service technician that came out from One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and Ben Franklin Plumbing did a very good job of clearing the clogged toilet. He removed the toilet itself and had to auger the pipelines. He also put a camera down the pipes to find out why we continually are having this problem. As it turns out there are tree roots going through the pipe that is causing this issue. I appreciate him for explaining and "showing" me this issue. I also appreciate that he was super nice and very clean putting on booties and cleaning everything up before he left. He really was professional, took his time, was pleasant and very informative. He did get the clog removed and it will work for now until we decide what to do with the root problem which he also provided an estimate. My one and the only issue was that when you make an appointment you have to wait between a certain time, like 8:00 to 10:00 if you are scheduled in that time frame. I understand this because you don't know how long the job before you may take. In my case he arrived closer to 10:00 so if you have anything to do or anywhere to be you just cannot arrange it in those time frames. I would have given them a 4.9 for this one thing but I gave them a five because he was so thorough in his work and we cannot leave the 4.9 on the star rating. Overall I am very pleased with his help and his thoroughness!
