We have been using One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and Ben Franklin Plumbing for a couple of years, now. We got our new heating and air conditioning unit from them a few years ago and they also put in new duct work. They were out here until ten o'clock at night making sure everything was just right.

This time, they came out and checked a duct after our grandchild flushed a whole roll of toilet paper down the toilet, We were afraid that water had gotten in the duct, so they checked it, and it was fine. Their technicians are knowledgeable and professional. They work quickly, and they do a good job.

Their customer service is very good too, and they get someone out in a timely manner. We will continue to use One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and Ben Franklin Plumbing.
