After dealing with another company (that I will not name) I was referred to Hart and while I had already been raked over the coals by the competitor, they still came in and showed me what REAL service is all about.

These guys are the real deal.

My old A/C unit had a leak in the coils and when others wanted $400+ 1-2 days to find the leak, Hart found it in less than 20 minutes. He called the manufacturer and found out my warranty was still good (the same warranty the competitor told me outright was void) and found out the time and expense with the replacement part.

The cost of the part and the cost of a brand new a/c unit was so close we opted for a new unit and they had it installed and cooling before dinner.
