Ive dealt with my fair share of pest companys. But i have to say the inspection we got from Martin Hernandez was exceptional. We had another company out here a month ago. The inspector was here 20 mins for a full home inspection. That didnt fly with my client so we called University to come and inspect and boy what a difference! Martin was very thoughtful and very informative and did an excellent job. And found termites the other company missed. My buyer was so happy that it was caught before closing and it would have created a big mess. Kidos to Martin !!
