After prepaying for 2 applications one in June one in December
Never got the December application highly suspect I even got the June application because of us being snowbirds
All I got was a email that it was done.... heck has easy is it to email a claim that the job was done
I’ve called now 5 times. Left two messages and didn’t get a call back both times
3 times I talked to a lady I assumed was at the office 1st called said she’d get back to me... never called back
2nd time was told the employee quit and haven’t replaced his route she would get back to me when they get somebody out here... never called back
3rd time the lady said she check and called me back, amazing she did told me someone would be out on Friday.... no one showed up
Why did I even believe her oh well I’ve found customer service to be $@!#% in the Tucson area
