We have worked with University Termite & Pest Control Inc for about twelve years. We had them take care of pack rats as well as termites at our previous house. Their work was good, but sometimes required multiple visits to resolve the issues. We have carried them over to our new house and have enjoyed our time with Eric. Their prices are very good, competitive, and often better than others. We have found them easy to schedule with and would recommend them to others.
