We recently started working with University Termite and Pest Control because we had an infestation of pack rats in our home. The gentleman from University, I believe his name was Stephen, takes care of baiting the traps for us. I've had to call him back out a couple of times since the traps were set up and he has done a good job about telling us what to do with them and refilling them as needed. Consequently, we have not seen any evidence of rats in the house since then. He's also very good at making sure we don't have bees or wasps or other common pests. The prices are very good. They're very prompt in coming when you call them and the service through the office has always been very pleasant. I've not had any problems. Stephen is very pleasant and will always do whatever it is I ask him to do.
