University Termite and Pest Control takes care of our rats and our insects and all that stuff. I have a couple of properties that they service. They show up and do their thing and I don't see any bugs or rats. The pricing is fair. I haven't done a lot of reasearch on it. They're reliable and I've been with them for more than 10 years now I think. They show up right away when you contact them. I had bees at one of my properties just the other day. I called them up and I don't remember if they came the same day or the next day, but it was fast.
