The people at Great Lakes Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning LLC. are prompt, polite, and very professional. We moved into a house that had an older carpet and we had Great Lakes come in to clean it. They did a really good job getting the dirt and stains out considering the age of the carpet. They also did some upholstery cleaning for us. Overall they provided us with good service. We will use them again. I got their name from a google search of carpet cleaners in my area. They ranked very high on the list so I did some research and checked out some of their reviews, which were very good.
