Mike at A-OK Chem-Dry was very prompt, and I think he did a very thorough job and was very efficient in doing his job. He was in and out and did everything I wanted done--all the upstairs' carpets and a chair cleaned for me. I've used A-OK them quite a few times, and I think that Mike's attitude is about right: He answered questions and seemed knowledgeable, and he is friendly enough. I like the carpets and chairs he cleaned. He did a fantastic job.
