Our experience with Western Express started out fine. We met with their agent and he estimated the load at around 11,000 pounds. He said that he would give us a more accurate quote after the truck was full. During the quote we asked him to include the cost of packing for us as well as the materials. As it turned out, we ended up getting rid of several heavy pieces of furniture and did most of the packing ourselves. The agent never came back to re-evaluate the load even after numerous phone calls from us. They made us pay up front for the move based on the initial walk through quote. It took almost a year for someone to get back to us about the accuracy of the charges for our move. Even then, nothing was resolved. We would not recommend this company to anyone.
