Lack of Integrity

We move often and this company shocked me with their lack of integrity. They misplaced a portion of our shipment, lied about it, then refused to accept responsibility. Choose any other company than this.

Here at Western Express we take our clients' opinion (good or bad) very seriously as we always try to improve our products and services. In this case, we would like to say that we have a strict protocol when handling the arbitration process with military claims or unsatisfactory issues. We have followed these guidelines and this claim shouldn't be posted outside of that process. We also settled on a claim issue with this customer within those guidelines. Mr. Liesen felt he was due an inconvenience settlement which is not authorized per the Dept. of Defense guidelines. It could be construed as inappropriate, so we could not do it. We have done everything within the set guidelines which we must abide by and we will continue to do so for all our clients.
