I've used Tioga Plumbing, Electric & Glass for twenty-five or thirty years. They've always been reasonable and professional. They are very courteous. However, the last time they were here to replace the kitchen faucet, it was supposed to cost two hundred dollars, but they charged me nine hundred. They did a little more than replace the kitchen faucet but didn't let me know ahead of time that they were going to replace the shut-off valve. I don't think that additional work should have cost seven hundred dollars. I have no complaints about the work, just the price. That's why I gave them three stars overall.
