Mark,the plumber, was very friendly and professional. He introduced himself and told us a little bit about himself before he started. The electrical team told me their names as they entered the house and then I told them what I wanted done. Price for changing the light over my sink to a recessed light was too expensive and I needed the gear or switch changed inside my ceiling fans in the living room. The older technician told me I just needed to replace my ceiling fans. I don’t think he wanted to replace them or he didn’t know how. I refused to let them do anything.
