I called near 5pm with overflowing toilets at my place of business. I was helped by Katie, she was very helpful and told me “no problem” we can get to you this evening. She updated me a couple of times to let me know the whereabouts of the tech. The tech arrived , didn’t leave until the job was done around midnight. Since our business depends on the bathrooms working I greatly appreciate the prompt courteous service from Tioga.
