He gave me conflicting information. I am a single lady. I have to be careful because workmen are not honest with women. I feel Bill tried to sell me more than what I needed.

My water heater was leaking water. It was a pipe. He said he could stop the leak by adding a clamp but that I would need to have a cut off valve installed. He said if we don't install the cut off valve it may not pass inspection. He removed the protective covering to add the clamp but through the protective foam away. I said, " Doesn't that need to be placed back on the pipe in case we get freezing weather? He agreed, dug the foam out of the trash can and put the foam back on the pipe. And come to find out there was no inspection needed for the clamp he added. An inspection is only needed if he had installed a new water heater. I feel he was trying to sell me more than I needed.

I called the office but was not really assisted.
