My technician was Johnny and he and his helper were great. The bid for the repair of my gas line and installation of my new gas stove was very reasonable and the actual charge was only $25.00 more. There were some issues that had to be resolved that required the technician to leave my property, but Johnny kept me well informed of what he was doing and how long it would be before his return. I couldn't have asked for better service. Tioga will be my go to company for plumbing repairs in the future
