I had Technician Mario Torrez come out to my Dad's condo to help with a toilet leak issue. Mario quickly found out why it was leaking and immediately called to let me know, as well as sending me photos of the problem. I was amazed and impressed of his skills and work ethic. He fixed the issue and explained every step of the involved work process. I can't express enough of how grateful I am of the professionalism, and great job Mario did to help us out. I would highly recommend him, and Mike Counsil Plumbing should be very proud to have such an outstanding employee on their team.
