Mike Council plumber was able to come the morning after I called them at 9AM. On time, which was a nice touch. A visitor to my house had poured grease down the kitchen sink, clogged almost completely. He cleared it with a twirly thingy down the outside access port. It was very greasy when he retrieved it. Done in 40 minutes. Not cheap, but well worth it to be able to rinse dishes again.
